Jeannette E. Orlikowski, age 85, of Ellis, Wis., passed away early Monday morning at Whispering Pines Assisted Living in Plover.

She was born July 8, 1931 in Stevens Point. She is the daughter of the late Francis & Clara (Granier) Wysocki. Her marriage to Myron “Mike” Orlikowski took place on Oct. 29, 1951 at St. Martin Catholic Church in Ellis, Wis. He survives.

The couple owned and operated Mikes Bar in Ellis for 16 years. Jeannette also worked for 20 years as a secretary for Wysocki Farms until her retirement in 1992.

She is a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, Sacred Heart Rosary Society and was a past President for 12 years of the Sacred Heart Rosary Society. She enjoyed sewing, writing, her rock garden, being a leader in her Church community and spending time with her family.

In lieu of flowers memorials in her name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her husband Myron “Mike”, one daughter: Donna Orlikowski of Milwaukee. Six sons: Michael (Jacque) of Schofield, David (Annette) of Springfield, Ill., Thomas (Patty) of Stevens Point, Dale of Custer, Kurt (Kathy) of Plover & Karl (Marcia) Orlikowski of Custer. Seven grandchildren: Kendra, Brandon, Tammy, Meghann, Amber, Derek & Julianne. Five great grandchildren: Mason, Hailey, Callen, Raina & Brynnley.

Four brothers: Louis Wysocki of Custer, Francis (Harriet) Wysocki of Custer, Lawrence (Carol) Wysocki of Mukwonago & Gregory of Stevens Point. One sister: Justine (Leonard) Brilowski of Stevens Point. Godmother to: Sharon Braun, Kathy Dompier, Sue Orlikowski & Karen Salo.

Preceded in death by one son: Richard, two sisters: Philomine & Mary Louise Wysocki and one brother: John Wysocki.

Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia, Rev. Gregory Michaud will officiate. Burial will take place in St. Martin Catholic cemetery in Ellis.

Visitation will be from 4 PM to 8 PM Wednesday at the Pisarski Funeral Home at 703 Second St. in Stevens Point and from 9:30 AM until the time of services Thursday morning at the church.

Sacred Heart Rosary society and the Catholic Foresters will combine for a rosary at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
