Crews from the Stevens Point Parks Dept. work on a stormy July 21 at Bukolt Park. Workers were prepping for the installation of a new extended fishing pier on the park lagoon.
The pier is the latest in a series of five planned for construction at the park, all of which are open to the public.
The first pier, which opened in May, was located on the southwest side of the Bukolt lagoon.
Two more piers will be built at the park in 2017.
