Nancy Davidson, 66, Plover, died at her home Sunday, July 24, 2016, after a nine-year battle with cancer.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 5 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at Woodlands Church, 190 Hoover Ave., Plover.

Visitation is scheduled at the church from 2:30 p.m. Thursday until the celebration.

The family requests memorial donations be made to Woodlands
Missions Fund, 190 Hoover Ave., Plover, WI 54467.

Mrs. Davidson was born Nov. 11, 1949, in Sioux Falls, S.D., a
daughter of the late Joe and Glenda Potter. She grew up on a farm in
Bridgewater, attended a country school for the entirety of her grade school
years and graduated from Bridgewater High School in 1968.

She continued her education at South Dakota State University
in Brookings where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in home economics
in 1972. During her college years she was active in the Christian college
group, the Navigators, where she committed her life to Jesus.

Following college, she taught a high school home economics
class in Scotland, S.D., for two years and held various jobs as she relocated
to the Twin Cities to continue her involvement with the Navigators ministry.

She was married to Jim Davidson April 15, 1978.

They moved to Plover in 1996 and became members of Woodlands
Church.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Jim, Plover;
three children, Luke (Casey), Matt and Annie (Lee Ilagan); one sister,
Pat (Carl Watson); one sister-in-law, Nyla; one grandson; one
niece; and two nephews.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Brad,
Michael and Scott; and her twin sister, Linda.
