Robert James Schultz, 37, Stevens Point, the owner of Point
Yoga, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2016.


A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5,
at Divine Word Evangelical Lutheran Church in Plover, with the Rev. Scott
Wolfram officiating.


Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Friday until
the service. A light lunch will follow.


A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.


A memorial has been established in his name in care of Jim and
Suzy Schultz.


Boston Funeral Home in Stevens Point assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.bostonfuneralhome.net.


Mr. Schultz was born May 16, 1979, in Stevens Point, a son
of James and Susan (Wegenke) Schultz. He attended Stevens Point Area Senior
High School and Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.


He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point, with a double major in religious studies and philosophy.


For the past eight years, he owned and operated Point Yoga.


Survivors include two children, Isaac (mother, Andrea
Jackan) and Elliana (mother, Naomi Griffith); his partner, Laura Venturino,
Stevens Point; his parents, Jim and Suzy Schultz, Stevens Point; one brother,
Ryan Schultz, Seattle, Wash.; one sister, Lora (Jason Klingberg) Schultz,
Stevens Point; and his grandmothers, Diane Metcalf, Montello, and Ruth Schultz,
New Ulm, Minn.


He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Wallace “Hunk”
Wegenke and Robert “Bob” Schultz.
