Dolores D. Dobeck

Dolores D. Dobeck, 88, Wausau, a Stevens Point native and
sister of a Stevens Point woman, died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2016, at Cedar Creek
Manor in Kronenwetter while under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice
Services.


A Memorial Mass will be held at noon Friday, Aug. 19, at St.
Matthew Catholic Church in Wausau, with the Rev. Robert Thorn presiding. Burial
will be in Restlawn Memorial Park in Wausau.


Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Friday until
the Mass.


A memorial has been established in her name.


Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home in Wausau assisted with arrangements.
Condolences may be offered online at www.petersonkraemer.com.


Mrs. Dobeck was born May 29, 1928, in Stevens Point, a daughter
of the late Felix and Helen (Rzent
kowski) Bluma.


She was married to Warren Dobeck March 1, 1949, in Stevens
Point. He died Oct. 29, 2006.


She was a homemaker and also helped her husband as an office
manager with the family business, Quality Machine Sales.


Survivors include five children, Barbara (John) Vojtech, St.
Paul, Minn., Jane (Bob) Meadows, Phoenix, Ariz., Betty (Dan) Rogalla, Wausau,
Mary (Steve) Wolf, Phoenix, Ariz., and Dennis (Cheryl) Dobeck, Marshfield; one
sister, Lillian Zaborowski, Stevens Point; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by one son, David; and two
siblings, Chester Bluma and Lorriane Frank.
