Kathryn M. Rogers, 92, New London, mother of an Amherst
Junction woman, died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016, at ThedaCare Medical Center in
Appleton.


Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, at
Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London, with the Rev. William Heiges
officiating. Burial will be in the Floral Hill Cemetery in New London.


Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Friday until
the service.


A memorial fund has been established.


Cline and Hanson Funeral Home in New London assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at
www.clinehansonfuneralhome.com.


Mrs. Rogers was born Oct. 25, 1923, in New London, a
daughter of the late Nick and Alma (Volz) Dreier. She was a 1941 graduate of
New London High School.


She was married to Jay C. RogersNov. 1, 1941. He died in
1977.


She formerly worked as a baker at Emanuel Lutheran School
and New London High School.


Survivors include one daughter, Diane (Robert) Konkol, Amherst
Junction; one son, David (Amy) Rogers, Highlands Ranch, Colo.; one brother,
Donald (Linda) Dreier, New London; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren;
and two great-great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon; one
son, Bruce; four brothers, William, Robert, Harold and Louis; and one
great-granddaughter.
