Kevin J. Worzalla, 53, Stevens Point, died Friday, Sept. 2,
2016, due to complications of multiple sclerosis which he battled with for
years.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday,
Sept. 9, at St. Peter Catholic Church, with the Rev. Arul Joseph V. officiating.
Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery.


Visitation will be in the St. Faustina Room of the church
from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the Mass.


Shuda Funeral Homes & Crematory in Stevens Point and
Plover assisted with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.shudafuneral.com.


Mr. Worzalla was born May 15, 1963, in Stevens Point, a son
of Betty (Glodowski) Worzalla and the late Greg Worzalla. He graduated from St.
Peter School and then from St. Lawrence Seminary in 1981.


He earned a culinary degree from Fox Valley Technical
College in Appleton.


He was married to Janeen Schultz May 5, 1984, at the Newman
Center in Stevens Point. They later divorced.


The couple settled in Stevens Point where he worked in the
food service department at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. The
couple moved to Madison, and he was the general manager at the Perkins
Restaurant in Madison.


He returned to Stevens Point in 2010.


Survivors include three children, Samantha (Noah) Bindman,
Seattle, Wash., and Emily and Jerad Worzalla, both of Madison; his mother,
Betty (Richard “Dick”) Glodowski, Stevens Point; two brothers, Patrick (Susan)
Worzalla and Wayne Glodowski, both of Stevens Point; one sister, Cheryl (Jim)
Palbrach, Rosholt; and one granddaughter.
