Margaret “Maggie” Gavinski
Margaret “Maggie” Gavinski, 87, Custer, died Tuesday, Sept.
6, 2016, at North Ridge Assisted Living in Stevens Point.
A celebration of her life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 9, at Shuda Funeral Chapel in Stevens Point.
Committal services and burial will be at noon Saturday,
Sept. 10, at St. Mary Immaculate Conception Parish
Cemetery in Custer.

Mrs. Gavinski was born March 9, 1929, a daughter of the late
Joseph and Genevieve (Wieczek) Sopa. She attended P.J. Jacobs High School.
She was married to Joseph Gavinski. He preceded her in
death.
The couple moved to Milwaukee, where they owned and operated
Joe’s Jolly Inn.
Survivors include one son, Robert “Bobby” Gavinski.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Arlene.
