The League of Women Voters will host a “Gear Up To Vote” event in an effort to raise awareness and encourage the public to vote, particularly students attending University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Mid-State Technical College.

The event will feature the League’s “Gear Up to Vote” mini-van, which will be stationed at the Dreyfus University Center on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) campus from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, and again at the Mid-State Technical College, 1001 Centerpoint Drive, Stevens Point, from 12:30 to 3 p.m.
