Patrick J. Marchal, 64, Plover, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016, at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home in Plover. Burial will be at a later date.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Thursday until the service.

A memorial in his name will be established at a later date.

Mr. Marchal was born April 24, 1952, in Mount Carmel, Ill., a son
of the late Noah and Annabelle (Baumgartner) Marchal.

He served in the U.S. Air Force, spending his time
at the Pentagon.

He was married to Jayne Platta Feb. 10, 1989, in Stevens Point.

He was employed for Ruan Transportation in Wisconsin Rapids
for 23 years, retiring in 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Jayne; one daughter, Alexa
(Kevin) Phillips, Plover;one granddaughter; and his other children, Tammy
Morris, Leanne, Kevin and Jim Marchal; and two sisters, Mary (Jerry) Nuckolls,
Keensburg, Ill., and Christine Lawson, Mount Carmel, Ill.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Mike Marchal.
