Patrick J. Marchal, age 64, of Plover passed away Sunday Sept. 11, 2016 at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital.  flag

He was born April 24, 1952 in Mount Carmel, Ill. He is the son of the late Noah and Annabelle (Baumgartner) Marchal. He is an US Air Force Veteran serving his time at the Pentagon.  

His marriage to Jayne Platta took place on Feb. 10, 1989 in Stevens Point, she survives. He was employed for Ruan Transportation in Wisconsin Rapids for 23 years retiring in 2012. Patrick enjoyed fishing, arrowhead hunting and especially spending time with his family. In lieu of flowers a memorial in his name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include his wife Jayne, one daughter: Alexa (Kevin) Phillips of Plover. One granddaughter: Alayna Phillips, his other children: Tammy Morris, Leanne, Kevin & Jim Marchal. Two sisters: Mary (Jerry) Nuckolls of Keensburg, Ill. and Christine Lawson of Mount Carmel, Ill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother and sister-in-law: Mike (Mary) Marchal.

Memorial service for Patrick will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday Sept. 15, 2016 at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home at 2911 Plover Road, Plover, Wis. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of services Thursday morning at the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date.
