Dolores Cecelia Abbrederis, 94, Schofield, mother of a
Stevens Point man, died Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, at Copper Leaf Assisted Living
Home in Schofield.


Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27,
at Highland Church, 700 Hoover Ave., Plover, with her grandson, the Rev. Jason
F. Rhode, officiating.


Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday
until the services.


A memorial fund for the Never to Be Forgotten Honor Flight
will be established in her name.


The Pisarski Funeral Home in Plover assisted with
arrangements.Condolences may be offered online at www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.


Mrs. Abbrederis was born June 20, 1922, in Milwaukee, a
daughter of the late Edward and Marie (Jerzak) Groszkiewicz. She attended St.
Adalbert Catholic School and South Division High School in Milwaukee.


She was married to Frank J. Abbrederis Nov. 20, 1941. He died
Feb. 19, 2007.


She was an employee of National Paper Can & Tube,
Sid-Harris Sportswear and General Electric Medical Systems. She served as
secretary at Kennan-Catawba Schools after she and her husband retired to Price
County, south of Kennan in 1977.


She was also a volunteer at the Holly Shoppe at Lincoln
Center in Stevens Point after retiring. She moved to Copper Leaf Home February
2013.


Survivors include two sons, James F. (Patricia), Stevens
Point, and Frank J. Jr. (Sandra), Wausau; one daughter, Linda S. (Roy) Rhode,
Lodi; one sister, Maryann Surdyk, Oak Creek; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
