Evelyn S. Garski, 90, Stevens Point, died of natural causes
Monday, Sept.19, 2016, at Wausau Manor in Wausau.


A Funeral Mass will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 23, at St.
Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. Edward Shuttleworth
officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.


Visitation will be at the church from 11 a.m. Friday until
the Mass.


Pisarski Funeral Homes & Crematory in Stevens Point and
Plover assisted with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at
www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.


Mrs. Garski was born April 15, 1926, a daughter of the late
John and Victoria (Myska) Kluck.


She was married to Leonard Garski Feb. 9, 1946, at St. Adalbert
Catholic Church in Rosholt. He died Dec. 5, 1998.


She worked for Normington’s Cleaners, Dunrite Cleaners and River
Pines Healthcare and, at the age of63 until 83, she was a certified nursing
assistant for VNA Home Health.


Survivors include five children, Maxine (Daniel) Glodowski,
Linda Jensen, Terry (Teri) Garski, Dale Garski and Tammy (Eric Leibundgut)
Garski; one brother, Raymond (Marcella) Kluck; one sister, Bernice Pliska; nine
grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by one infant son, Timothy; two
brothers, Edward and Ernest Kluck; and five sisters, Tillie, Della, Irene,
Margaret and Virginia.
