Letter: Hillary is Not the Answer for America

To the Editor-

I read a letter by Liz McDonald (Trump Crass, Egotistical and Uninformed, Sept. 7) and want to add a few things.

She points out some problems she has with Donald Trump. We all know he tells it the way he sees it — an admirable quality.

She says he has a lack of appreciation of the sacrifice veterans and their families make. The same is true of Hillary Clinton.

Four Americans died in the terrorist attack on our embassy in Benghazi in 2012. The embassy had asked for more security on more than one occasion and they were ignored by Hillary’s State Department. A White House spokesperson blamed the attack on the movie, even though they know better.

During a congressional hearing Clinton was asked questions why more security wasn’t given to the embassy and she finally said, “At this point what difference does it make?”

Now who is the one who shows the lack of appreciation for veterans and their families? Four Americans are dead because of what she didn’t do.

She also said that Trump was misogynistic. Are you aware that the Clinton Foundation has accepted money from eight to 10 countries whose governments are misogynistic? You said the Trump has done things which would put people out of business. The Obama-Clinton Administration has been very good at putting small businesses out of business with all the added regulations they have to deal with. Small businesses can’t afford it.

Nationwide, more small businesses are closing up than new ones being created.

Hillary can’t run on her record as Secretary of State because she has none. She has trouble telling the truth. She is habitual liar. She claims that she has told the truth when questioned about her email scandal.

If you think she did, go online and Google, “Trey Gowdy asks James Comey about Hillary’s emails.”

After watching that you will know how much of a liar she really is.

The choice is this: if you want the same old thing that we have had the last eight years, like a stagnant economy, high unemployment, ignoring the Constitution, changing current laws, making new laws without Congress being involved, weakening the USA and the world with terrible foreign policies, and having the weakest military since World War II unable to protect us from a serious threat, then vote for Hillary.

The other option is Trump, who is at least smart enough to know things need to change.

She asked, “Does Trump really represent the best of America?” Well, I know one thing for sure Hillary does not.

Common sense tells you the country needs to go in a different direction. Trump knows this too. I just heard Hillary’s “basket of deplorables [sic] comment.” Matthew 12 v. 37: “”For by thy words thou shall be justified and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Matthew 15 v. 18: “But those things that proceed out of the mouth come fromt he heart, and they defile a man,” or in this case, a woman.
