Lassa was being taken on an aerial tour of her district — Wisconsin District 24 — by Lt. Col. Bob Bowen from the Wisconsin Wing of the Civil Air Patrol.
Lassa has been a legislative member of CAP for a little over a year.
The Civil Air Patrol performs various duties, to include emergency services missions like search and rescue, conduct visual and electronic searches and provide humanitarian support following large-scale disasters.
