With so many scenic trails and area parks frequented by Portage County residents, it is no wonder that Stevens Point would be the location of the annual CENWISPEX event, which this year focuses on National Parks.

The annual stamp show hosted by the Central Wisconsin Stamp Club will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Stevens Point Holiday Inn and Convention Center, 1000 Amber Ave., Stevens Point. Admission and parking are free, and the event is open to the public.
