Ruth A. Leavitt
Ruth A. Leavitt, 84, rural Plainfield, died unexpectedly Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at the Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield, with the Rev. Howard Kruze officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in the town of Pine Grove.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Monday until the services.

Miss Leavitt was born Sept. 24, 1932, in the town of Pine
Grove in Portage County, a daughter of the late Thomas and Alice (Lamberton)
Leavitt.
Survivors include two brothers, William “Bill” Leavitt,
Plainfield, and Edward (Berdine) Leavitt, Nekoosa; five nieces and nephews,
Samuel Rhoda, Stevens Point, Gretchen (Jack) Krebs, Shawano, Elizabeth (Elmer)
Pettigrew, Milwaukee, Erin D. Leavitt, Oak Creek, Edison Leavitt, Nekoosa; a special
great-niece, Eric Rhoda.
