Susan Worzalla, 46, Stevens Point, died Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, from natural causes.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia, with the Rev. Greg Michaud officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 until 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, with a general rosary prayed at 9:30 a.m.

Shuda Funeral Homes & Crematory in Stevens Point and
Plover assisted with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.shudafuneral.com.

Ms. Worzalla was born Feb. 21, 1970, a daughter of Ronald and
Barbara (Rogalla) Worzalla. She graduated from the Stevens Point Area Senior
High School in 1988.

She then earned a degree in phlebotomy from the Mid-State
Technical College.

She worked for the Stevens Point School District and RR
Donelley in Plover.

Susan was married Dennis Ramczyk in October 1991. They were
later divorced.

Survivors include her parents; four sons, Quinton, Zachary,
Isaiah and Anthony Ramczyk; two sisters, Sandra (Dale) Hintz, Amherst, and Sharon
(Daniel) Cisewski, Stevens Point; three brothers, Cliff (Dorothy) Worzalla,
Aniwa, and Mark and Ben Worzalla, Stevens Point; and six nieces and nephews.
