Henrietta (Etta) M. Anderson, 84, Stevens Point, died
Monday, Oct. 17, 2016.


A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m.
Friday, Oct. 21, at the Woodlands Church in Plover.


Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Friday until
the service.


Memorials may be made to Woodlands Church.


Mrs. Anderson was born Oct. 19, 1931, in Stevens Point, a daughter
of the late Stanley and Mary (Skibicki) Sobczak. She lived all of her life in
the Stevens Point area and graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School.


She was married to Robert H. Anderson Nov. 27, 1954. He died
Aug. 9, 2000.


She worked at St. Michael’s Hospital for many years and also
at the Portage County Home until retiring in 1996.


She was a member of Woodlands Church and hosted Bible
studies for members of her church.


Survivors include one daughter, Renee (Dan) Feldt, Menomonee
Falls; one daughter-in-
law, Monica (Dan) Sankey, Stevens
Point; two sisters, Margaret Grubba, Stevens Point, and Ardelle (Tom) Tate,
Hancock; one grandson, Daniel (Nancy) Sankey, Plover; and one
great-granddaughter.


She was also preceded in death by one son, Jere Lee Anderson;
three sisters, Helen, Lucille and Loraine; and one brother, Stanley Sobczak.
