Sharon A. Pumper, 69, Milladore, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home in Marshfield. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Marshfield.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, and again from 10 a.m. Thursday until the services.

Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation Center in
Marshfield assisted with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at
www.hansenschillingfuneralhome.com.

Mrs. Pumper was born Aug. 3, 1947, in Marshfield, a daughter
of the late Melvin and Helen (Syring) Burkhardt. She graduated from Stratford
High School in 1965.

She was married to George L. Pumper June 21, 1969, at St.
Andrew Church in Rozellville.

She attended New Hope Community Church in Junction City,
where she volunteered at the food pantry. She also volunteered with 4-H and the
Boys & Girls Club of Portage County.

Survivors include her husband, George; four children, Karen
(Michael) Harris, Pulaski, Ronald Pumper, Milladore, Judy (Zubin) Mufti,
Fitchburg, and Sandra Pumper, Madison; and two grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Ronald
Burkhardt.
