Museum’s Halloween hoedown is healthy holiday celebration

Get ready for a Halloween hoedown at Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum.
The event, the only family-friendly event that appeals to children of all ages, organizers said, takes place from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at the museum.
“It not only features Halloween with costumes and treats but also includes science activities and live snakes and critters,” said Sandy Williams, visitor services manager at the museum. “There’s a little bit of something for everyone.”
