Shirley A. Panzer
Shirley Annette Panzer, 79, Wisconsin Rapids, died Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at Wellington Place of Biron in Wood County.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, with the Rev. Joseph Valentine officiating. Burial will be in St. Philip’s Catholic Cemetery in Rudolph.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and again from 10 a.m. Wednesday until the services.

Mrs. Panzer was born Feb. 4, 1937, in Junction City, a
daughter of the late Arthur and Myrtle (Wirth) Schroeder.
She was married to Frank Panzer Nov. 29, 1958, at Ss. Peter
and Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids. He died in October 2004 after 45
years of marriage.
She was a waitress at Herschleb’s Ice Cream Company for 30
Survivors include four children, Dave (Laurie) Panzer, Gary
Panzer, Donna Panzer and Joan (Calvin) Hayden; six siblings, Irene (Louie)
Vetrone, Micki (John) Werner, Sally (Ron) Anderson, Delores (Gene) Harper,
Elaine (John) Kerslin, and George Schroeder; and five grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by six siblings, Virginia,
Jerry, Donny, Robert, Arthur and Fred.
