Mary Ann Konczak, 91, Almond, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in the town of Buena Vista, with the Rev. James Trempe officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in the town of Belmont.

Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Monday until the Mass.

Hardell-Holly Funeral Home in Almond assisted with
arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.hollyfuneralhome.com.

Mrs. Konczak was born Nov. 10, 1924, in Poland, a daughter to
the late Stanislaw and Michalina (Karpowicz) Dzieciol.

She was married to Tadeusz S. Konczak March 11, 1945, in
Belgium. He died June 13, 1997.

She was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Miroslawa “Myra” (Joseph)
Esposito, Elizabeth, A.K. and Ursula (Randel) Swain, Broken Arrow, O.K.; one
daughter-in-law, Susan Konczak, Almond; eight grandchildren; many
great-grandchildren; and a niece and great nephew.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Lillian
Konczak.
