Mary Ann Konczak
Mary Ann Konczak, 91, Almond, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at the Clark County Health Care Center.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in the town of Buena Vista with Father James Trempe officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hope Cemetery, town of Belmont. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Monday morning until the time of mass at the church.
Mrs. Konczak was born in Poland Nov. 10, 1924, a daughter to the late Stanislaw and Michalina (Karpowicz) Dzieciol.
She married Tadeusz S. Konczak March 11, 1945, in Belgium. He preceded her in death June 13, 1997.
She was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Miroslawa “Myra” (Joseph) Esposito, Elizabeth, A.K., and Ursula (Randel) Swain, Broken Arrow, O.K.; a daughter-in-law, Susan Konczak, Almond; eight grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a niece and great nephew.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lillian Konczak.
