Josephine Haffenbredl, 85, Milladore, died Saturday, Nov. 5,
2016, at Atrium Post Acute Care in Marshfield.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m.
Friday, Nov. 11, at St. Kilian Catholic Church in Blenker, with the Rev. Jesse
Burish officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.


Visitation was scheduled at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield
from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, with a rosary service at 7 p.m., and at the
church from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the Mass.


Memorials may be designated in her name to St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital.

Mrs. Haffenbredl was born March 18, 1931, in Marshfield, a
daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Grassl) Linzmeier. She graduated from St.
Kilian Parochial School in Blenker.


She was married to Phillip D. Haffenbredl Oct. 26, 1954, in
Blenker. He died Sept. 15, 2009.


They resided in Milladore and farmed until retirement.


Survivors include 12 children, Phillip (Diane) Haffenbredl
Jr., Stevens Point, Richard (Lori) Haffenbredl, Stratford, Carol Hamus,
Marshfield, Ronald (Tammy) Haffenbredl, Loyal, Rose (Warren) Marzolf, Arpin,
Leon (Brenda) Haffenbredl, Stratford, Bernard Haffenbredl, Medford, Andy
(Debbie) Haffenbredl, Auburndale, Danny (Betty) Haffenbredl, Milladore, Mary
(Don) Sejbl, Stevens Point, Russell (Sherri) Haffenbredl, Milladore, and Janet
(Erv) Morzewski, Spencer; 30 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters;
one grandson; and one son-in-law, Kevin Hamus.
