Theresa Ann Waldoch, 78, Stevens Point, died Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at St. Peter Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Casimir Cemetery at 2 p.m. Thursday.

Visitation will be in the St. Faustina Room of the church from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Thursday.

Ms. Waldoch was born Feb. 27, 1938,a daughter of the late Theodore
and Frances (Zalewski) Waldoch.

She graduated from St. Joseph Academy as a postulant,
eventually professing her final vows as Sister Mary Celeste with the Sisters of
St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis. She earned her teaching degree at
age 18 and taught first-graders at various Catholic schools for 17 years,
before retiring and leaving the convent due to serious health challenges.

She volunteered at St. Michael’s Hospital, River Pines
Health Care Center and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She was a member of the St. Peter Parish Rosary Society and
St. Casimir Parish Christian Women’s Society.

Survivors include twin sisters, Mary C. Klismith, Stevens
Point, and Margaret K. Sikorski, New Berlin; one sister-in-law, Judy Waldoch,
Milwaukee; one brother-in-law, Richard Gerloski, Milwaukee; nieces; nephews;grandnieces; grandnephews; and special friends, including
Judy Marquard and Rosemarie Basco.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Rita Gerloski;
and two brothers, Theodore Waldoch and James Waldoch.
