Gary L. Fordham
Gary Lee Fordham, 68, Waukesha, father of an Amherst woman, died
Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, due to medical issues.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Dec. 31, at Church
and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road, Waukesha.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. Saturday
until the service.

Mr. Fordham was born April 5, 1948, in Waukesha, a son of the
late Melvin and Susanna (Daily) Fordham. He attended local schools.
He worked as an investigator for Hupy and Abraham until his
retirement in 2015.
Survivors include one daughter, Stacy (Steve) Cieslewicz,
Amherst; one sister, Sherry Butterfield, Fifield; two grandchildren; one
nephew; and one niece.
He was also preceded in death by one infant daughter, Kristi
Lee.
