Patricia A. Cummings, 85, Bancroft, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, at Eden Meadows in Oshkosh.

A funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, Dec. 20, at Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in the town of Pine Grove.

Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the service. A lunch will be served at the Bancroft Community Center following internment.

A memorial fund has been established.

Mrs. Cummings was born Aug. 18, 1931, in the town of Pine
Grove, a daughter of the late Allen and Edith Hotchkiss. She graduated from
Oshkosh High School in 1948.

She was married to Frank J. Cummings Nov. 26, 1949. He died
May 22, 2007, after 58 years of marriage.

She was a member of the Home Makers in Bancroft.

Survivors include four children, Susan D. (John) Wegner,
James A. Cummings, Mary J. (Robert) Schock and Jerry L. (Diane) Cummings; two brothers,
Richard (Donna) Hotchkiss and Roger (Andrea) Hotchkiss; 10 grandchildren; and
18 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Jack D. Cummings;
one daughter-in-law, Kathleen Cummings; and two sisters, Shirley Hintz and
Marietta Scherzer.
