Debra R. Yenter

Debra R. Yenter, 58, Stevens Point, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016, at The Atrium Post-Acute Care in Stevens Point. She was also under the care of Heartland Hospice of Stevens Point.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Rosholt, with the Rev. Jeffrey Hennes officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Pisarski Funeral Home in Stevens Point from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, concluding with a rosary at 7 p.m., and at the church from 9:30 a.m. Thursday until the Mass.

Mrs. Yenter was born Feb. 28, 1958, a daughter of Elizabeth
(Goskowicz) Garski and the late Felix Garski. She graduated from Rosholt High
School in 1976.
She was married to Jerry Yenter Oct. 5, 1982. He died Jan.
28, 1999.
She worked at Herrschners, Comfort Suites and Ministry St.
Michael’s Hospital, all in Stevens Point.
Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Garski; two
stepchildren, Jeffrey and Michele; five brothers, Florian (Diane), Robert
(Betty) and Carl (Linda) Garski, all of Rosholt, David (Minnie) Garski, Plover,
and Joseph Garski, Stevens Point; four sisters, Rita Jerzak, Plover, Alice
Klopatek, Rosholt, Jane (Arty) Kedrowicz, Custer, and Lucy (Darrel) Kluck,
Rosholt; 18 nephews; 10 nieces and two special friends, Deb Garski and Linda
Firkus.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, George and
Tom Garski; and one sister, Joan Wiza.
