Carol Johnson Fisher, 76, Bradenton, Fla., a Stevens Point
native, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, in Bradenton, Fla.


A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, at
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradenton, Fla.


Memorial donations may be made to Hospice at
TidewellHospice.Org.


Mrs. Fisher was born June 15, 1940, in Stevens Point, a
daughter of the late Raymond and Stella Krems. She attended local schools and
graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in 1958. She was an active member of the
Girls Athletic Association.


She was married to James Johnson in 1961 in Stevens Point.
He preceded her in death.


They moved to Milwaukee where he worked for Allen Bradley,
and she was employed at Tri County National Bank. They lived there until their
move to Bradenton, Fla.


She was later married to Jerry Fisher. He preceded her in
death.


She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in
Bradenton and served as head usher for the 9 a.m. Sunday Mass for more than 10
years. She also served as a yard caretaker for neighbors in Bradenton with her
son, Randy.


Survivors include one brother, James (Mary Ann) Krems,
Stevens Point; two sons, Mark (Gina) Johnson, Las Vegas, Nev., and Randy
Johnson, Bradenton, Fla.; one daughter, Suzanne (Dan) Davidson, Palmetto Fla.;
five grandchildren; a special friend, Phil Indovina, Bradenton, Fla; one niece;
and three nephews.
