Marie Evelyn Tepp, 93, Plover, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017,
at Whispering Pines Assisted Living Center.


A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan.
25, at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. Ed Shuttleworth
officiating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Parish Cemetery in Stevens Point.


Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. Wednesday until
the Mass.


The Pisarski Community Funeral Home and Cremation Center of
Plover assisted with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online at www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.


Mrs. Tepp was born May 5, 1923, in Stevens Point, a daughter
of the late Michael and Agnes (Lash) Tylka. She graduated from St. Stanislaus
Elementary School in June 1938. She then went on to Beautician’s school, a
trade she was active in for over 60 years.


She was married to Cletus Tepp May 6, 1944, at St.
Stanislaus Catholic Church in Stevens Point. They were married for more than 72
years until his death Oct. 22, 2016.


She also attended technical school over the years to develop
her craft and art skills, as she made clothes, stuffed animals and many other
things for children.


Survivors include two sons, Jerry (Karla Buza) Tepp and
Norbert (Patricia Simcakoski) Tepp; one sister, Genevieve La Gioia; five
grandchildren, Alan Tepp, Alana (Mike) Anderson, Andrea Tepp, Amanda (Nate)
Smolarek and Alexis (Jon) Tepp Sorensen; and seven great-grandchildren.


She was also preceded in death by three children, Cletus
Jr., Barbara and Rosemarie; three brothers, Thomas, Joseph and Stephen; and two
sisters, Anna and Helen.
