Timothy I. Meyer
Timothy I. Meyer, 58, died Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017, at his home
after a 15-month battle with multiple myeloma.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28,
at St. Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover, with the Rev. Edward Shuttleworth
officiating. Burial will be in Guardian Angel Cemetery in the spring.
Visitation will be at the Pisarski Funeral Home in Stevens
Point from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, and at the church from 9:30 a.m.
Saturday until the Mass. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the
funeral home.

Mr. Meyer was born Oct. 6, 1958, in Appleton, a son of the
late Donald and Marion (Hoover) Meyer. He graduated from Appleton East High
School in 1977.
He then began a 39-year career at Foremost Farms in Plover.
His last position was a warehouse operator. He retired in 2017 due to failing
health.
He was married to Roxanne Peterson in July 1979 in Plover.
She died Nov. 15, 1995.
He took classes and became a member of the Catholic faith in
2004.
He was married to Karen Lutz Oct. 30, 2004, at St.
Bronislava Catholic Church in Plover.
They formed the fishing team No Hope, a hobby he had hoped
to do full-time after retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Karen; four sons, Shawn (Nicole)
Meyer, Marshfield, Kody (Caitlin) Lutz and Shane Meyer, both of Stevens Point, and
Dalton Lutz, at home; two daughters, Jessie (Al) Hintz, Stevens Point, and
Katie Lutz, Amherst; one brother, Tom Meyer, Phillips; two sisters, Patty
(Kirby) Crosby, Tomahawk, and Sue Klein, Appleton; and seven grandchildren.
