Harold A. “Bud” Sullivan

Harold Arza “Bud” Sullivan, 92, Hancock, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, in the Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield. Burial will be at Hancock Cemetery with full military honors.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon Sunday until the services.

Mr. Sullivan was born March 7, 1924,in Edgar, a son of the
late Leonard and Frena (Palmer) Sullivan.
He was married to Edna Sullivan Oct. 1, 1966, in Hancock.
She died Sept. 18, 1997.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II from 1943 to
1946 as an aviation engineer, building airplane runways.
He was co-owner/operator of Ransom School Bus Service in
Hancock with his wife.
Survivors include two children, Robert (Joan) Sullivan,
Hancock, and Mike (Diane) Sullivan, Madison; one son-in-law, Gregg Hillyer,
Wisconsin Rapids; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild;
and special friends, the Danny Cotrone family.
He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia
Hillyer; one brother, Arnie Sullivan; and one sister, Ione Buchanan.
