Phantom Gallery to reveal third evening of art and entertainment
As winter decides over the next few weeks whether to keep hold or let go slowly, CREATE Portage County is looking forward to a “Thaw.”
The third Phantom Gallery event “Thaw” will run from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18. The location will not be revealed until the day before on the CREATE Portage County Facebook page.
