Dorothy P. Bibby
Dorothy P. Bibby, 96, Spanish Trails Senior Village, Zephyrhills, Fla., a former Plover resident and Almond native, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017, at Gulfside Center for Hospice Care in Zephyrhills, Fla.
A funeral service will be held at noon Monday, Jan. 30, at the Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, Fla. Burial will be in a mausoleum in Chapel Hills Gardens in Dade City, Fla., adjacent to the funeral home.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Monday until the service.
A memorial fund has been established for Gulfside Center for
Hospice Care in Zephyrhills, Fla.

Mrs. Bibby was born Nov. 21, 1920, in Almond, a daughter of
the late Floyd and Lena (Kirsenlohr) Parsons.
She was married to Leonard J. Bibby of Plover Feb. 11, 1939.
He died in 1997.
They were engaged in dairy farming and then raising potatoes
in the town of Buena Vista until moving to Florida in 1976.
Survivors include two nephews, Walter (Dottie) Parsons Jr.,
Fond du Lac, and Alvin (Arlene) Bibby, Stevens Point; one niece, Pauline
(Jack) Bibby Warner, Fox Lake; several grandnieces and grandnephews; and two
persons at Spanish Trails Senior Villagethat made it possible for her to
continue living on her own, Barry Wood and Debbie DePotsie.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Parsons
Sr.and Harvey Parsons; and two nieces, Nancy Parsons Roloff and Beth Bibby
Molski.
