Jan. 23

Tractor Fire: A 57-year-old man called fire crews after his 1998 International farm tractor caught fire at 11:51 AM on the 7300 block of Hwy. 54. The loss is valued at $8500.

Jan. 24

Suspicious Truck: A 59-year-old man called police to report a suspicious man in a black truck looking at a pile of wood on the 1400 block of Torun Rd. at 11 AM.

Battery: A 23-year-old man was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 8:37 AM from a home on Maplewood Drive.

Jan. 25

Domestic: Police responded to the 4500 block of Terrace Ln. at 12:24 AM after a caller reported a disturbance there. A 36-year-old man was arrested for battery, probation violation and domestic abuse.

Repeat Offender: Police were called to the 3000 block of Bush St. after a caller reported a disturbance at 12:37 PM. A 46-year-old man was arrested for bail-jumping.

Smokin’ in the Boys Room: An employee of a medical clinic on the 3500 block of Hoover Rd. reported finding a partially burned marijuana cigarette in the bathroom at 12:58 PM.

Drunk and Violent: Police arrested a 35-year-old man on charges of fifth OWI and operating while revoked, as well as criminal damage to property and domestic abuse, on the 2500 block of Sunset Blvd. at 7:38 PM.
