Jan. 27

Warrant Arrest: Deputies took a 23-year-old into custody for an active warrant on St. Paul Street at 2:24 PM.

30 Minutes or Less: A caller reported a delivery driver for a local pizza restaurant was speeding over the McDill Pond Bridge at 9:23 PM.

Suspicious Man: A caller reported an unknown man entered SPASH, 1201 Northpoint Dr., at 5:30 PM, claiming to be the parent of a 15-year-old student there and asking for the student. The man then inexplicably left the school.

Jan. 28

Noisy Neighbor: Police arrested a 22-year-old man from a home on the 1800 block of College Ave. on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. The man was also cited for operating while under the influence at 12:48 AM.

Wrong House: Police arrested a 24-year-old man on charges of criminal damage to property and trespassing after he allegedly went to the wrong house on the 700 block of Second St. and broke a window trying to get in at 3:58 AM.

Battery: Deputies arrested a 26-year-old man on a charge of simple battery at 2:48 AM from the 300 block of Lincoln St. in Amherst.

Tool Box Theft: A 35-year-old man reported his truck tool box had been stolen from the 7000 block of 6th St. at 9:17 AM.

Warrant Arrest: Police arrested a 55-year-old man on an active warrant, as well as a charge of resisting an officer, from the intersection of Patch St. and Sunset Blvd. at 2:06 PM.

Drive-by Egging: A 24-year-old man called deputies to report someone had thrown an egg at his vehicle near I-39 and Janick Circle at 6:43 PM.

Jan. 29

OWI: A 27-year-old man was arrested for his first OWI offense, and cited for driving without his headlights on non-registration of vehicle near Second and Portage streets at 2:32 AM.

Damaged Vehicle: A 69-year-old man reported someone damaged his car while it was parked on the 1600 block of Sherman Ave. at 3:05 PM.

Afternoon Intoxication: Police arrested a 44-year-old woman on her fourth OWI charge on the 1000 block of Second St. at 1:39 PM.
