Walter S. “Walt” Peskie, 68, Stevens Point, died unexpectedly
Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at home.


Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.


Pisarski Funeral Homes and Cremation Center in Stevens Point
and Plover are assisting with arrangements. Condolences may be offered online
at www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.


Mr. Peskie was born April 15, 1948, in the town of Carson (Stevens
Point), a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Yelczyn) Peskie. He graduated from
P.J. Jacobs High School in 1966.


He graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School
of Pharmacy in 1973.


During his college years, he worked part time for the
railroad.


He retired from his career in pharmacy last year as a pharmacist
with Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls.


Survivors include cousins.


He was also preceded in death by one brother, Thomas.
