Reginald “Reggie” Lepak, 81

Reginald “Reggie” Lepak age 81, of Stevens Point passed away Sunday evening, Feb. 19, 2017 at St. Michael’s Hospital after a long battle with numerous illnesses.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Reginald will be held at 11 AM on Monday Feb. 27, 2017 at Holy Spirit (St. Stanislaus) Catholic Church. Rev. Frank Corradi will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
Friends and family will gather to share memories from 10 AM Monday until the time of services at the church. Shuda Funeral Services are assisting the family.
Reginald was born July 2, 1935 in Rosholt, the son of Edwin and Tillie (Stencil) Lepak.
He entered the United States Army on January 5, 1955 and served his country as a PFC-1 until his honorable discharge on March 12, 1958 at Ft. Sheridan, Ill.
He returned to the area and married Mary Ann Jurgella on Oct. 20, 1962 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Reginald worked for 25 years at the County-City building in downtown Stevens Point, in the maintenance department until his retirement in 1997.
He enjoyed traveling, going to the casino, playing cards, and also painted peoples homes on the side.
Reginald is survived by his wife Mary Ann; four brothers: Maynard (Virginia) Lepak, Rosholt; Ralph (Phyllis) Lepak, Stevens Point; Thomas (Carol) Lepak, Menomonee Falls; Gary (Terry) Lepak, Plover. Two sisters: Sister Bernadine Lepak, SSJ-TOSF, Stevens Point; Linda (Larry) Woyak, Stevens Point.
He was preceded in death by his sister Claudia (Norm) Bejna, Germantown and his brother, Myron.
