Mary E. Jakusz
Mary E. Jakusz, 89, Mequon, a Plover native, died Monday,
Feb. 27, 2017, at her home at River Oaks.
There will be a private family service at the Shuda Funeral
Chapel in Stevens Point.
Donations may be directed to Shuda Funeral Chapel to be used
as a special thank you to the staff at River Oaks.

Mrs. Jakusz was born March 20, 1927, in Plover, a daughter
of the late Harold and Olive (Newby) Hale. She attended local schools and
graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School in Stevens Point.
She was married to Myron Jakusz June 6, 1947.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen (Jon Jacobs) Hale,
Mayville, and Patti (Dave Reuter) Hale, Mequon; three sons, Kent (Jenifer
Ebel), Tom (Lisa) and Bob, all of Stevens Point; one sister, Olive Newby; one
sister-in-law, Mary Hale; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and
Charles Hale.
