Anderson guides SPASH to third consecutive State Title

In his eighth season as the head coach of the Stevens Point
Area Senior High School (SPASH) boys basketball team, Scott Anderson took a
team light on varsity experience and helped turn them into State Champions.
The Panthers lost eight seniors from last year and entered
this season with 10 new players on their varsity roster, as they pulled
together down the stretch to win the WIAA Division 1 State Title with a 24-4
record.
“It wasn’t the easiest ride that I’ve been on in my coaching
career, obviously,” said Anderson. “But it’s sure been a lot of fun watching
this team develop.”
