Jeffrey “Jeff” A. Fritsch, Stevens Point, died early Monday
morning April 10, 2017, at his home, at the age of 58.

Jeff was born Jan. 20, 1959, in Stevens Point. He is the son
of Ardy Hendrickson, Stevens Point, and the late Larry Fritsch.

Jeff attended local grade schools and graduated from the
Stevens Point Area Senior High School (SPASH) in 1977.

His marriage to Sue Shopinski took place Aug. 18, 1979, at
St. Bronislava Catholic Church.

After their marriage the couple settled in Stevens Point.
Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point before deciding to
pursue his true passion of working at Larry Fritsch Cards.

Jeff worked alongside his father Larry at Larry Fritsch
Cards in many different ways for nearly all of his life, before taking over the
business almost 10 years ago.

Jeff was the ultimate Dad, as he coached all three of his
children in their sporting adventures. He was with them during their seasons of
baseball, football, basketball, softball and hockey. Jeff also served on the
Stevens Point Youth Baseball Association Board for many years.

His greatest joys in life included watching the Packers,
vacationing to Orange Beach, Alabama and Door County. He also loved collecting
sports cards and Packer programs, being with his friends, and enjoying time
with family. He especially excelled at being an adoring “Papa Bear” to his
three young granddaughters.

A memorial in Jeff’s name will be established at a later
date.

Survivors include his wife, Sue; three children, Jeremy
(Jenna) Fritsch, Jaycie (Brandon) Stremkowski, both of Stevens Point, and
Allison (Fiancé Nick Swain), Camp Douglas; three granddaughters Elodie, Emma
and Tatumn; his mother, Ardy Hendrickson, Stevens Point; his sister, Jane
Fritsch, Stevens Point; and many members of his extended family who loved him
dearly. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be at 11a.m. Friday, April 14, at the
Pisarski Funeral Home in Stevens Point. Burial will follow in the St. Stephens
Parish Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 4to 7 p.m. Thursday, April
13, at the Pisarski Funeral Home and again Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. until
the time for services.

The Pisarski Funeral Home is honored to be serving the
family. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.pisarskifuneralhome.com.
