City to Flush Water Mains

City crews this weekend will start the arduous task of flushing water mains.
The flushing is done overnight, when municipal water consumption is at its lowest, according to a news release from the city.
Customers who use city water could see low water pressure at night, or discolored water throughout the week, but will be safe for drinking.
Flushing begins at 10 PM on Sunday, April 30 and will continue through May 4.
