Coveted Spots Open at Plover PD Explorers Post

One year after its debut, the Plover Police Department Explorers Post finally has room for new members.
The group launched last spring with 15 local high school students looking for a taste of what it’s like to work as a police officer. Following recent high school graduation ceremonies, the group is once again taking applications.
The Explorers post is open to young men and women ages 15-20. Interest in law enforcement or another criminal justice related field is helpful, but not required.
The Plover Police Dept. will hold an informational meeting for local teens and parents at 7 PM on Thursday, Jun 1 at the police station, 2420 Post Road.
