Stevens Point’s downtown district is full of historic buildings, businesses and memories — and we’d like your help rediscovering those days past.
The City Times is seeking old pictures of Stevens Point’s downtown for publication in this year’s special section celebrating Discover Downtown.
Discover Downtown returns for its fourth annual event on July 22. This year’s event includes sidewalk sales, games, live music, a kayak demo and the famous Ping Pong Ball Drop at noon, where balls containing coupons and prize slips will be dropped from the roofs of downtown businesses.
If you have pictures of specific businesses or buildings or the downtown as a whole, we’d love to learn about them. Photos must be submitted via email no later than midnight on July 15.
