For the City Times

RE/MAX Central has a new office in Plover.

Mike Williams, a real estate veteran with nearly 23 years of experience, with RE/MAX Central’s professionals will serve clients in multiple counties surrounding the Stevens Point area. Prior to dedicating his career to residential real estate, Williams was focused in land development sales. His experience is beneficial to clients with unusual properties and land with vast acreage.

“It is a hot market right now, and members of my community deserve superior real estate services to give them the competitive edge during the home buying and selling process,” said Williams. “Our people are RE/MAX Central’s best asset, and our team of talented professionals agree that are office is only as good as its people.”

Williams and his growing list of agents are available now to help clients as more buyers and sellers are expected to enter the already competitive housing market this spring and summer. In addition, RE/MAX Central will offer a savings program for police officers, firefighters, veterans and servicemen and women.

“Mike’s experience in land development and years in real estate combined with his dedication to creating an environment for success for clients and agents is needed, particularly in today’s market,” said Fiona Petrie, vice president and regional director of the Midwest region for RE/MAX INTEGRA. “We are glad to have Mike and his team part of the RE/MAX family as we know they will take the business to new heights in this community.”

The new office is located at 3080 Village Park Drive in Plover.
