G. Thomas Strand
G. Thomas Strand, 75, town of New Hope, died Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Iola Living Assistance.
He was born Aug. 28, 1941, son of the late George and Belma (Nelson) Strand.
He was married to Kathleen (Windorf) Strand.
He had worked for the fertilizer plants Kickapoo, Pavelski Enterprises and FS Cooperative until retirement.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy; a sister, Doris Loken; sisters-in law, Pat Zietlow and Donna Wendorf; brother-in-law, Art (Sandy) Wendorf; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Per his wishes, he was cremated and no services will be held.
Voie Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
