July 20
No Table Service: Police were called to Perkins Restaurant, 143 Division St. N., after a caller reported a 51-year-old man was drinking and sleeping at a table at 5:21 AM.
Domestic: Three people were cited for disorderly conduct following an incident at a residence on the 300 block of Division St. at 7:52 AM.
Domestic: A 19-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following an 11:36 AM incident on the 400 block of Clayton Ave.
Crash: A 40-year-old man was cited for failure to yield after a two-vehicle crash at Michigan and Main streets at 2:12 PM.
Theft: An 18-year-old woman reported someone stole $160 in cash from her wallet at KASH Park at 2 PM.
Bad Driver: A 30-year-old man was cited for inattentive driving following a three-vehicle crash at Michigan Ave. and Patch St. at 4:27 PM.
Shopko Thief: Police arrested a 29-year-old man for shoplifting several items from Shopko on Main St. at 9:08 PM. Among the items stolen were two portable chargers, two t-shirts, two packages of black socks and two bottles of a B-12 energy drink. Total value of the theft was more than $60.
Noisy Bar: A 49-year-old woman called police to complain about excessive noise from a bar on the 900 block of Main St. at 10:55 PM. Police spoke with bar staff, who agreed to turn the music down.
July 21
Family Problems: An employee of Perkins, 143 Division St. North, called police at 12:19 AM to report a family known to staff that regularly “causes problems” at the restaurant was once again being problematic for staff. They were gone by the time police arrived.
Serial Slasher: Police were called to investigate slashed tires on more than 20 vehicles in the area of the 2200 block of Dixon St. at 5:45 AM.
