SPPD Auxiliary to Hold Brat Fry Saturday

The Stevens Point Auxiliary Police Unit will hold its annual brat/hot dog/hamburger fry on July 29.
The grill opens at 10 AM in front of Trigs, 1600 Academy Avenue.
The group is raising funds to benefit the SPPD Auxiliary Unit. Officers from the department will be on hand to pass out stickers and other goodies to kids.
The auxiliary unit works directly with the Stevens Point Police Department and in its oversight, providing assistance with community functions including traffic control, parades and attending various school functions.
