James A. Ballenger
James A. Ballenger, 84, Plover, died Monday, Aug. 7, 2017, at Marshfield Medical Center, Marshfield. He was born June 2, 1933 in Milwaukee.
He was the son of the late Jesse and Elda Ballenger.
His marriage to Holly Kores took place May 25, 1953. She survives.
Mr. Ballenger was employed for the city of Milwaukee for 33 years.
Survivors include his wife; Holly; two sons, Russ (Terri) Ballenger, Stevens Point, and Dan (Dawn) Ballenger, Muskego; four grandchildren, Jodi (Chris) Pagels, Jake (Jenny) Staples, Rich (Jes) Ballenger and Katie Ballenger; and four great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by one grandson, Craig Staples.
